Water Quality Demonstration in the Water Gallery

The Ottawa River is the main tributary of the St. Lawrence River, which eventually feeds into the Atlantic Ocean. Come join Ocean Wise® ambassadors at the Water Gallery at the Museum of Nature on January 25  (9:00-12:00, 13:00-15:45) and January 26 (9:00-12:00) for an interactive and educational workshop on how scientists assess the quality of water systems that we encounter every day! You will have the opportunity to ask questions and use high tech scientific research equipment in a simulated Ottawa River watershed and learn about ways you can help to protect the river and oceans.
