Join NLC, C&NN, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center, and city leaders from Duluth, Kansas City, Madison and Saint Paul to learn about policy approaches cities have taken to promote walking and bicycling under distancing orders and gradual reopening—with an eye to equity, and community engagement techniques that inform such policies.
