Aye-ayes are one of the most unique animals on the planet. With teeth like a rodent, brains far bigger than other lemurs, and a rotating “tapping finger,” it’s no wonder that early naturalists were confused about how to classify these nocturnal primates. Join Megan McGrath, education programs manager at the Duke Lemur Center (and avid aye-aye fan!) to learn all about this rare and incredible primate. As an extra bonus - this presentation will feature exclusive photos and videos of the aye-ayes who call the Duke Lemur Center home.
