In 2014, The Nature Conservancy brought bison back to the prairies at Nachusa Grasslands. Cody Considine, Nachusa’s deputy director, will discuss the years of planning that went into this effort, how the herd is managed, how they impact Nachusa's habitats, when you can see calves on the preserve, and more!  Once you register, the event information will be mailed to you.
