Maggie is a postdoctoral scholar in the Biology Department at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI). She studies how local and global environmental changes affect ecologically important ecosystems, including coral and oyster reefs. She combines studies in the field environment with controlled laboratory experiments to better understand the impacts of things like temperature change, pollutants and low oxygen levels.
