No matter the curriculum or subject matter, there is space to infuse sustainability into your teaching. While most people think of sustainability in relation to the sciences, there are numerous opportunities across all subject areas to teach sustainability. In this workshop, we will show you how to use the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a lens through which to examine the books you currently read or to choose new ones to read with your students in order to teach issues of sustainability. Our goal is to make sustainability an everyday conversation and not just a single lesson — because our world needs a new generation of stewards and activists.
