The workshop will consist of talks by Butterfly Conservation, Plantlife, Amphibian & Reptile Conservation, RSPB and Bat Conservation Trust, highlighting the needs of different species groups in a woodland environment and types of management that can benefit them. The Forestry Commission will provide an overview of relevant legislation and permits, as well as some of the grants that are available.
