Climate change is one of the most important challenges facing Canadians and the rest of the world. Many actions can be taken to reduce the impacts of climate change. Dr. Zainab Moghal is a Sr. Policy Advisor with the Canadian Centre for Climate Services with Environment and Climate Change Canada. She has been working in the environmental field for many years, including with communities, companies, in northern Canada and internationally. Her job in the federal government helps Canadians understand climate change information and guide them to adapt to reduce impacts. Zainab will talk about climate change, information available to understand trends, impacts within Canada and ways that society and young people can adapt.
