Strategically timed to take place ahead of this year’s major international climate and nature conventions, this event will bring together government leaders, Indigenous peoples and community representatives, top investors and other key influencers to discuss the economics and finance of biodiversity, and how investors and financiers can play a vital role in protecting at least 30% of the earth’s land and oceans by 2030 with innovative solutions to address biodiversity loss, while at the same time benefiting from the many new opportunities emerging in nature-positive economies.

This event is part of The Campaign for Nature, a partnership of the Wyss Campaign for Nature, National Geographic Society, and a growing coalition of more than 100 conservation organizations around the world that is calling on policymakers to commit to a science-driven, ambitious new deal for nature at the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity in Kunming, China.
