A Sit Spot is a place in nature you return to repeatedly, making observations over time, and becoming intimately acquainted with. Sit Spots have been practiced by great naturalists throughout history, and can help us to notice and monitor changes over time. This is more important now than ever before, as climate change is causing rapid and unpredicted changes around the world. Join the Fraser River Discovery Centre to learn how to set up your own Sit Spot!
