The first weeks of May are the perfect time to catch spring ephemeral wildflower species – those that live for only a few weeks or months each year on the forest floor, before the tree canopy emerges. Join Friends of the Rouge Watershed as we take a walk through Rouge National Park and learn more about spring wildflowers including trillium, trout lily and bloodroot.
