Join The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in New Mexico on Wednesday, September 28, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. MT for a virtual event, Hold It High: Stream and Wetland Restoration Benefits in New Mexico. As New Mexico becomes more arid, storing water in our upper watersheds becomes increasingly important, allowing for a longer duration of river flows downstream. This event will highlight the important connection between resilient wetlands and riparian habitat and the ecosystem services they provide for animal and human communities. Learn how Rio Grande Water Fund partners are working to increase the pace and scale of riparian, wetland and aquatic ecosystem restoration in northern New Mexico.
