Friends of the Rainforest seeks to educate and inspire children and adults to take action to protect, support, and expand the Rainforest. They do this by facilitating free educational programs in schools and community groups around the St. Louis metro area and providing grants to science and conservation work in the Children’s Eternal Rainforest preserve in Costa Rica. Founded by a global collaboration of school-aged children, the Children’s Eternal Rainforest showcases the organizing power and leadership of youth. Join Jamie as she shares more about the Children’s Eternal Rainforest and spotlights some favorite rainforest animals!
