Erick is the founder and CEO of Bicycle Nomad. Over the past ten years, Cedeno has traveled further than he’d ever imagined on his bicycle: from Vancouver, Canada to Tijuana, Mexico; from St. Augustine, Fla., to New York City, NY. His most notorious ride to date stands as The Underground Railroad, where he pedaled from New Orleans, LA to Niagara Falls, NY. Trailblazing through rough terrain often alone for long periods of time, and encountering hundreds of new lives in towns in between, Cedeno followed The Drinking Gourd through a maze of tunnels and safe houses in a journey to experience what it was like for slaves to find liberation.
