Jennifer studies corals at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. Her research tries to understand the cellular processes that underpin coral health and function, to better inform conservation activities to help safeguard the world's coral reefs. During her career, I she has participated in active coral reef conservation projects around the world, including coral nursery construction and monitoring, shark population management, and ecological monitoring programmes that have led to the implementation of marine zonation plans.
